Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are cancelling your registration for any reason, you will need to logon to the MyFootballClub and follow the instructions here. Football West will then process the cancellation and notify the Club. This normally takes up to a week.
Please be advised that the refund you recieve may not be the full amount you paid due to a number of factors including:
- Football West or FFA Refund Policy, as these are out of our control
- Whether you are transferring your registration to another Club as opposed to not playing at all for the Season
- The cost of any merchandise we have ordered on your behalf, regardless of whether you have received it or not
- Whether the season has commence, or how far into the season you have decided to cancel
In addition, the Club may also charge an admin fee to cover direct or indirect costs it has incurred during the registration or cancellation process.
Once confirmation of the Football West and FFA refunds are provided to us and these other factors above determined, we can in turn then confirm the refund we will be able to provide to you. Any such refund will be provided by Cheque.
No refunds will be given following the commencement of the season. Please note also that Football West's final date for transfers between Clubs is 30 June.
